  • Finding the right therapist is a personal decision, and it’s important that you feel comfortable, respected, and understood. A strong therapeutic fit often comes down to whether you feel able to speak openly and whether the approach resonates with how you want to engage in the work along with the training of the clinician and your treatment goals. The free 15-minute consultation is a helpful way to get a sense of this. You’re encouraged to ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and take the time you need to decide if my services will work for you.

  • Therapy sessions offer a consistent, structured space to reflect on what you’re experiencing as it unfolds in your life. Conversations may explore patterns, relationships, stressors, and decisions, while also paying attention to how these show up across the Four Rooms, physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. The work is collaborative and responsive to your needs.

To support continuity of care and create a strong therapeutic relationship, clients are encouraged to book an initial intake session along with approximately 2–3 follow‑up appointments, spaced 1–2 weeks apart.
