Virtual therapy offers a consistent space to reflect, process, and move through life’s challenges in a setting that fits into your day-to-day life. Removing many of the logistical barriers to care, this option allows you to access consistent, meaningful support without disrupting your routine. Ideal for postsecondary students who may be going between home and school. If you are a new, potential client, please book a 20 min consult first.
In-Person Therapy
Four Rooms Wellness is located within Priority One Osteo & Wellness in downtown Burlington, ON with free parking and a separate entrance. Within this beautiful office setting is a dedicated space for focused, face-to-face connection. In-person therapy sessions provide a grounded environment where you can slow down, explore what you’re experiencing, and engage fully in the therapeutic process. For new and potential clients, begin by booking a 20-min consult.
Walk and Talk Therapy
Support that meets you in motion. Walk-and-talk sessions (weather permitting) offer a relaxed, natural setting where conversation takes place alongside gentle movement. Being outdoors can help ease tension and create a different kind of openness, allowing you to process experiences, reflect, and move forward in a way that feels both grounding and refreshing. Consultation & Referral Support for First Responder Wellness Teams
Danielle partners with First Responder Wellness units to provide clinical consultation and facilitate appropriate referrals for members and their families. The approach is grounded in an understanding of first responder culture, confidentiality, and the unique demands of this work. Danielle is happy to meet with your team, virtually or in person, to discuss how this support can fit your organizational needs.
